Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with a proven track record of driving product growth, identifying new opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap development to execution and optimization. You will collaborate with executives, engineers, designers, and marketers to ensure our products not only meet business objectives but also exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Growth
- Define and drive product strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long-term vision.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
New Product Development
- Lead market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to spot gaps and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable product concepts with clear business cases.
- Prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, ROI, and alignment with company goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to execute product initiatives efficiently.
- Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
- Ensure seamless go-to-market execution with cross-departmental alignment.
User Research & Data-Driven Decisions
- Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Analyze product KPIs, customer feedback, and usage patterns to inform decisions.
- Continuously optimize the product experience to maximize value delivery.
Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Lead product launches from planning through execution and post-launch monitoring.
- Monitor performance, gather insights, and iterate quickly to maintain competitive edge.
- Champion continuous improvement across product lines.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates on product performance, growth initiatives, and strategic opportunities.
- Maintain documentation of roadmaps, research, and user insights.
- Influence leadership decisions with data-backed recommendations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in product management or a related role with a strong track record of launching and growing products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in product management and analytics tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; skilled at presenting to stakeholders and executives.
