Job Title: Product Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and management of real estate products and services. This role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle—from market research and product design to launch, marketing, and performance evaluation. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions that drive growth and strengthen our position in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:1. Product Development (In-House Products)
Work with the CEO and Head of Marketing to develop new real estate products from concept
development to market launch.
Coordinate with surveyor, legal, and marketing teams to prepare all required documentation and
branding materials.
Define pricing, positioning, and value propositions for each product.
2. Partner Product Management
Maintain an up-to-date record of all partner estates (pricing, availability, promotions).
Communicate any partner product updates to sales/marketing teams within 48 hours.
Recommend which partner products to prioritize based on profitability and demand.
3. Market & Competitor Research
Monitor real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and product features.
Produce quarterly market insight reports with actionable recommendations.
4. Performance Tracking & Analysis
Track sales performance, ROI, and customer feedback for each product.
Use data analysis to recommend adjustments to improve uptake and profitability.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure campaigns reflect accurate and
compelling product information.
Gather feedback from sales teams to refine product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related
field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in product management, business development, or project
management (real estate sector preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing high-performing products.
