Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Product Manager. The role is located in Lagos. The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps, implementing growth hacking strategies, utilizing design thinking principles, managing product lifecycles, and executing growth marketing tactics. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product development, analyzing market trends, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Product Road Mapping and Product Management
- Experience in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing
- Knowledge of Design Thinking principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos
- Experience in the IT or tech industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
