About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be ready to hit the ground running.
- This role involves managing the procurement process end-to-end, ensuring timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services in line with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to support operational needs
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize supply gaps
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Requirements
- ND / HND in Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on procurement experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Must be available to resume immediately.
