Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives..
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and continuous assessment.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, activities, and academic projects. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity in students.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Ed./BSc/B.eng Preferred
- Minimum of NCE
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience
