VACANCY: Facilities & Supply Chain Officer
Location: Bogije/Ibeju-Lekki-Lagos
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support operational excellence? Offshore Dimensions is hiring a Facilities & Supply Chain Officer to support both our internal infrastructure and customer delivery processes.
This is a process-driven role , ideal for someone looking to grow in the areas of logistics, operations, and facility coordination. You will work closely with our Sales and Business Development team , and be responsible for making sure our workspace runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Support
- Coordinate shipping and delivery processes.
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, resolving issues or delays.
- Maintain records of deliveries, vendor interactions, and supply chain performance.
- Liaise with the Sales/Business Development team to align logistics timelines with client expectations.
Facilities Coordination
- Monitor the day-to-day functioning of office infrastructure.
- Supervise artisans, contractors, and technicians handling maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Maintain logs such as diesel usage, cleaning schedules, and asset records. Support basic compliance with safety and security policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- A graduate of engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, facility management, or administrative operations.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills—verbal and written.
- Ability to manage vendors and supervise artisans effectively. A self-starter who can take initiative and own processes.
