We're Hiring: Platform Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps)

Location : Remote

Engagement Type : Project-Based Contract

We are looking for a highly experienced Platform Engineer to lead the setup and configuration of our core infrastructure stack. This is a project-based role, ideal for a senior engineer who thrives in designing and deploying secure, cloud-native environments using modern DevOps practices and tooling.

Project Scope

You will be responsible for designing and delivering a production-grade infrastructure foundation that includes:

• Secure AWS setup and resource provisioning (EKS, ECS, EC2, Route 53, ELB/NLB, IAM, etc.)

• Deployment pipelines (CI/CD) with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD

• Container orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm

• Secrets management integration (Vault or AWS Secrets Manager)

• Backend runtime support for Java and PL/SQL

• Logging and monitoring setup (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Messaging and service discovery configuration (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Consul)

This role requires both hands-on implementation and documentation of systems for future in-house teams.

Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)

• Bash scripting

HashiCorp Vault, S3

Required Tools :

• Jfrog or Nexus

• Java 21, Spring Boot, Micronaut, Netty, Tomcat

• Postgress

• Angular 19+, Node.js

• Security & Protocols

• OAuth2 / OIDC, SSL/TLS, SMTP, TCP/IP

• Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ

• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
  

Optional Tools :

• OpenTelemetry

Ideal Candidate

• Has 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles

• Has implemented similar infrastructure projects end-to-end

• Writes clear documentation and follows best security practices

• Can deliver production-ready systems under tight timelines

• Comfortable working asynchronously with a small, fast-paced team
