Job Description/Requirements
This position supports and optimizes the financial operation within the organization, leveraging the dashboards and data tools. The Business Analyst FinOps position plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and provides suggestions for improvement.
How do you make an impact?
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience working within a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the technology and SaaS industry is an asset.
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Apache Superset) is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast-changing priorities and deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
