About the Role
- Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day production, supply chain, and operational activities.
- The successful candidate will ensure that our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards while maintaining the highest level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, quality control, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments to align production with market demand.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials.
- Track and analyze operational performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate operational staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/manufacturing software.
