Job Title: Creative Video Editor (Hybrid – Abuja)
Location: Abuja, Nigeria (Hybrid: work from home + outdoor shoots when needed)
Salary: ₦120,000/month (with growth potential based on performance)

We’re a fast-growing digital brand on a mission to create content that stops people mid-scroll and gets them talking. From outdoor shoots to viral social media edits, we want to make the kind of videos that break the internet and we need a talented video editor to make it happen.
The Role:
We’re looking for a creative, humble, and flexible video editor who can work with us both remotely and in person for shoots around Abuja. You’ll help us craft eye-catching, high-impact video content for campaigns, ads, and social media.
Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and campaigns
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and sound effects where needed
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and storyboard content ideas
• Attend outdoor shoots occasionally to film and capture content
• Ensure final output is optimized for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Stay updated on current editing trends and social media content styles

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio/reel required)
• Skilled in editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, etc.)
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle feedback well
• Must be based in Abuja and available for occasional in-person shoots
• Open-minded, humble, and easy going
• Bonus pay if you have basic photography and color grading skills
