About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Data Analyst to support Vetsark’s operations team. This role combines data analysis with hands-on operational tracking — ensuring farmers are onboarded properly, inputs and deliveries happen on time, and performance is measured accurately. You will work closely with the COO, Finance, and Tech teams to provide insights that drive better decisions and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report on data across farms, contracts, and business units.
Monitor farmer onboarding, performance, and compliance with agreements.
Track expenses, inputs, and logistics to ensure timely execution.
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports in Excel/Google Sheets and Power BI/Tableau
Compare costs and drive up revenues across different businesses to spot trends and gaps.
Build and manage Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) frameworks for projects.
Work cross-functionally with Finance and Tech teams to reconcile data and payments.
Prepare clear presentations and reports for management and partners.

Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in operations, data, and business analysis.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data analytics (Power BI or other Data analytics tool/experience are an advantage).
Organized and detail-driven with strong follow-through.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work across teams (finance, tech, field).
Experience in agribusiness, lending, or SME operations is a plus.
