About the Role
The Company is seeking to hire an experienced and result-driven Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving school partnerships, coordinating seamless program implementation, and supporting revenue generation through enrollment and book sales.
The successful candidate will expertly manage relationships, optimize operational efficiency, enable sales growth and deliver an outstanding results and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential partner schools.
Drive the on-boarding process for partner schools, ensuring all operational and contractual requirements are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and stakeholders.
Develop and manage the operational roadmap for the program launch.
Support day-to-day program implementation activities across partner schools.
Coordinate logistics for curriculum delivery, facilitator deployment, and activity tracking.
Ensure smooth communication between the academic team, facilitators, and schools.
Monitor program progress and flag operational risk.
Drive student enrollment across partner schools.
Promote the sales of company’s products.
Track and report on sales performance and revenue against targets.
Support the design and execution of marketing and outreach strategies to drive uptake.
Maintain accurate database of partner schools, student enrollments, and subscription sales.
Provide timely operational reports to leadership on pilot performance and sales.
Analyze school and customer feedback for continuous process improvement.
Key Requirements
First degree in Education, Art or any social science related discipline from a reputable academic institution field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in school partnerships, program management, operations, or sales, preferably in the education, non-governmental organization (NGO), or EdTech sectors.
Experience working with schools in Nigeria is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving enrollment/revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
