Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships in Nigeria’s industrial sector.
• Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities, develop a solid sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
• Expert Consultation: Provide tailored pump solutions in close collaboration with our technical team to meet customer needs.
• End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales process—from lead generation to closing contracts—while ensuring excellent service at every step.
• Market Insights: Continuously analyse customer needs and competitor activity. Share feedback with our R&D team to support product and service improvements.
• Industry Events: Represent L&M at trade fairs and industrial events to strengthen our presence in Nigeria.
  

Qualifications:

• Commercial Expertise: Strong sales background in industrial or technical sectors.
• Pump Industry Experience: Proven success in industrial pump sales, ideally in sectors like Oil & Gas, Mining, Water & Wastewater, Food Processing, Chemical Industries, Power Generation, or similar applications.
• Independent & Flexible: Able to work autonomously and travel across Nigeria.
