Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Analyst to support NASD’s technology infrastructure and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with analytical skills to ensure our IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Your role would include:
- Monitoring, maintaining, and improving IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Conducting analysis on IT operations to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to staff.
- Ensuring data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are maintained.
- Preparing IT reports and dashboards for management review.
- Supporting the development and implementation of IT-related projects.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and recommending relevant tools or processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of a strong Second-Class Lower (2:2) or higher, with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) will be an added advantage..

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
