Job Summary:

A Real Estate company in Ikeja is seeking a reliable Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires a proactive individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with filing, photocopying, and document management.

Run errands within and outside the office as required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.

Support staff with administrative tasks and office logistics.

Handle office supplies, stock records, and replenishment.

Assist with basic clerical duties such as answering calls, receiving visitors, and handling correspondence.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.

1–2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in an office environment).

Must reside around Ikeja or nearby areas.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Honest, reliable, and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
