Job Title: Office Assistant
Purpose of Role: The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting daily office operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our interior design firm..
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping and proper arrangement of the office space.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workstations, parking space, common areas, restrooms and kitchenette.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Arrange all decor accessories on the shelf and display table.
- Ensure the dusting and cleaning of plants and planters.
- Work with the store manager in handling and storing items at the store.
- Work with the administrative manager in terms of running administrative errands.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the office supplies.
- Ensure the purchase of MD’s office supplies.
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks as required.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks and report any issues to the Admin & Store Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with team members to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any facility-related concerns promptly.
- Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager
