Job Description/Requirements
BAP Energy Limited is seeking a highly motivated NYSC Intern to support its Supply Chain operations. The intern will assist in managing procurement processes, vendor coordination, logistics, and inventory control, ensuring smooth and compliant operations in a fast-paced oil and gas exploration environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders
- Assist in logistics coordination for materials and equipment to field locations
- Track delivery schedules and maintain accurate records of supply chain documentation
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
- Update and manage inventory databases for tools, parts, and equipment Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering
- Currently serving in NYSC and posted or redeployed to Lagos
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic oil and gas environment
