Job Position: Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager
Job Location: Enugu
Job Description
- Manages procurement and inventory lifecycle to prevent stock-out and ensure optimal stock levels
- Oversees Inventory Auditors and Storekeepers
- Ensures supplies are sourced at best value without compromising quality
- Coordinates with kitchen and service teams for accurate supply forecasting
- Supervises regular stock counts and reporting
Skill Set:
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and inventory control abilities
- Familiar with supply chain software or ERP tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Admin or related field
- Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage
- Previous experience in inventory management in the food or retail sector is desirable.
