Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate and manage social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters.
• Track and analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics (ROI, engagement, leads, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Organise promotional events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain and update the company website with current content and promotional offers.
• Support public relations efforts and contribute to press releases, blogs, and media content.
Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing, communications, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.

Desirable:

• Experience with graphic design or video editing tools.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
