Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products/services.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and client feedback. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
