Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Marketing Officer to execute on-ground marketing activities that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products or services directly to customers through field campaigns, activations, and events. You will serve as the bridge between the brand and the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns and activations across assigned territories.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through direct marketing and product demonstrations.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, agents, and key partners.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, samples, and banners.
- Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide field intelligence reports.
- Achieve set targets for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Submit timely and accurate reports on field activities, customer insights, and marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in field sales, direct marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and/or sales reporting tools.
- Familiarity with local territory/market is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle pressure.

Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
