About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our real estate marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, attract qualified leads, and drive property sales and rentals.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to position our company as a leader in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Brand Management
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
- Create compelling property marketing materials including brochures, videos, and listings.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage online presence across websites, social media, and real estate listing platforms.
- Plan and execute targeted online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram).
- Optimize SEO and content marketing to drive organic traffic and leads.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Organize and promote property open houses, exhibitions, and client events.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years marketing experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
