we are actively recruiting for a Chinese language translator for a heavy duty equipment company. salary is between 300-400k.
Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Language Translator (Chinese). The Language Translator will be responsible for translating a variety of texts from English to Chinese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance. Daily tasks include proofreading translated text, working with different teams to support multilingual communication, and maintaining an updated glossary of terms. Additionally, the translator will be expected to manage project timelines and meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in translation of each language
• Proofreading and Editing skills to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance of translated content
• Proficiency in using translation software and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines
• Relevant experience in language translation, especially in the cleaning or environmental services industry, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
