We are currently sourcing for a Key Account Manager (IT) for our client in IT industry.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager (IT) located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing account performance. The role involves both in-office work and flexibility for some work from home. Daily tasks will include maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Account Management and Key Accounts experience
- Experience in the IT industry is a MUST
- Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
