Position: Graduate Intern – Study Advisor

About the Role:
As a Graduate Intern Study Advisor, you will provide guidance on study abroad opportunities and drive student recruitment through effective marketing strategies. This role also requires meeting set student enrolment targets within specified timelines.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in marketing, generating and converting leads, knowledgeable about the international admissions process, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to promote education services.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 0-2 Years experience in Customer Service, student recruiting, education consultancy, and study abroad services will be an added advantage
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed set monthly targets.
- Ability to transfer applicants into successful enrolments.
- Knowledge of international university admission processes and visa regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into student enrolments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students for international study programs.
- Meet and exceed student monthly enrolment targets given.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Provide counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Assist students in preparing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and document submissions.
- Guide students through visa application procedures and financial requirements.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions.
- Stay updated on international education trends, visa policies, and scholarship opportunities.
- Follow up with students and provide ongoing support until they are successfully enrolled.
- Creating of engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
