KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
* Respond to enquires from prospective students and enrolees.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with students regarding academic or administrative challenges.
* Collaborate with management to ensure smooth student onboarding and engagement.
* Handle and update the academy's social media accounts.
* Develop innovative approaches to improve communication and student experience.
REQUIREMENTS;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset.
* Ability to manage social media platforms creativity and professionally.
* Innovative thinker with a can-do attitude.
* Prior experience in administrative or custom-facing roles is a plus.
