Job Summary
We are seeking PhD or MSc Research holders in Physical, Social Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Arts, and Management to join our petition drafting team. The successful candidate will collaborate with our legal and consulting teams to produce compelling, well-documented immigration petitions that meet USCIS evidentiary standards. You will be responsible for transforming complex academic, professional, and personal achievements into persuasive legal narratives, fully aligned with statutory requirements and case precedents.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft comprehensive EB-1A and EB-2 NIW petitions in compliance with 8 CFR 204.5 and other relevant USCIS guidance.
- Analyze client qualifications and map them to the legal criteria for extraordinary ability, outstanding professor/researcher, multinational executive/manager, or national interest waiver categories.
- Conduct in-depth research using search engines (Google, etc.) and Large
- Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT to gather supporting evidence and enhance petition narratives, ensuring all facts are verified and free from inaccuracies.
- Interview clients and convert verbal statements into clear, persuasive written content suitable for submission to USCIS.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to finalize petitions and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). Adapt writing style and approach for clients from diverse national, cultural, and professional backgrounds.
Requirements:
- Doctorate (PhD) or MSc Research in Pure, Social Sciences, Engineering, Arts, or Healthcare (required).
- Has been successful in obtaining an EB-1 or EB-2 NIW petition approval, OR is willing to file their own EB petition with us in the future (required).
- Must have a research profile and published work in reputable journals and understand how citation work
- Exceptional analytical, subject research, and persuasive writing skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical or academic achievements into layman-friendly yet legally precise narratives.
- Proficiency with AI-powered drafting tools and strong fact-checking skills.
- Ability to effectively compile a minimum of 3 petitions per month.
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn, EB-1 and EB-2 NIW petition criteria and evidentiary requirements.
- Cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work with applicants from various nationalities. 2years + experience length
