Job Summary
As a Performance Marketing Associate at Tuteria, you will play a key role in executing and
optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand
growth. You will support the development and implementation of content, performance
ads, email marketing, SEO, and social media strategies to strengthen Tuteria’s presence,
generate quality leads, and drive engagement across Nigeria and global markets.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and
other digital platforms.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.),
and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with the brands and communications and other relevant teams to create
compelling ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community-
building initiatives.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Draft and schedule newsletters, promotional emails, and user onboarding emails
flows via email marketing tools.
Segment user lists and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage website content, CTAs, and landing page experiments to improve lead generation
generation and User Experience.
- Use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to understand user behaviour and
suggest improvements.
Market & Competitor Research
- Stay updated with Performance Marketing trends and competitor strategies in the
edtech, healthcare and tutoring space.
- Identify new tools and channels for audience engagement and performance
enhancement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a startup,
healthcare or education-focused company.
- Experience running digital ad campaigns or managing a business page/social account
is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google
Ads and social media tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, SEMrush, or
similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- A learning mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
