The Role: Creative Strategist

You’re not just a thinker. You’re a connector. A storyteller. A big-picture person who knows how to zoom into the details. As our Creative Strategist , you’ll be the brain behind the “why” and the “how” of our events.

What You’ll Do:

• Align every event concept with our client’s business goals — no fluff, just purpose.
• Turn briefs into engaging, experience-first ideas that make people say “wow.”
• Design the entire attendee journey — from the first invite to the last impression.
• Create a story that ties everything together: objectives, look & feel, emotions, and outcomes.
• Lead the creative vision — how it flows, what it feels like, and how it hits the mark.
• Collaborate with our production and design teams to bring ideas to life.
Own the strategy behind our client proposals — pitch with confidence and clarity.

Who You Are:

• A curious, creative thinker who loves solving problems with fresh ideas.
• You’ve worked in events, brand, marketing, or similar creative industries.
• You’re just as comfortable with a whiteboard as you are in front of clients.
• You think like a strategist and dream like a creative.
