ROLE SUMMARY
The Partnerships & Grants Lead is responsible for identifying, initiating, and nurturing partnerships that align with TWF’s mission, while also leading our grant acquisition efforts.
This role involves:
Sourcing funding opportunities (locally & internationally)
Crafting compelling proposals that align with grant requirements
Developing partnership outreach strategies with brands, NGOs, schools, and platforms
Leading conversations, writing documentation, and following up on opportunities
This person will help TWF scale by finding aligned allies, resources, and platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Grant Sourcing & Writing
Monitor and compile relevant grant opportunities for youth, education, girls, innovation, mental health, etc.
Write grant proposals, tailored narratives, concept notes, and supporting documents
Collaborate with Founder and Programs team to ensure data and program design align with proposals
2. Partnership Development
Identify organizations, schools, companies, programs, and influencers whose mission aligns with TWF
Create custom outreach messages, partnership decks, and proposals
Lead outreach: emails, LinkedIn, cold messaging, connection-building
Maintain a relationship tracker and follow up with potential partners
