We are a growing Human Resource Consulting Firm focused on building HR systems that directly support business objectives. We help organisations recruit and retain the right talent, optimise their HR processes, and manage employees effectively. We are in search of a full-time HR Consultant with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in recruitment and HR systems management. The right candidate is not simply looking for another HR role but is motivated by making an impact wherever they are, thrives on solving complex people and organisational challenges, and is deeply passionate about building structures that enable growth.

Our work environment
We operate a hybrid work schedule that allows employees to work from the office 3 times a week and remotely twice a week. As a growing team, we are particularly about collaborative effort and tracking actions that drive desired outcomes. We are result-oriented but do not shortchange the need for a thorough process that leads to the results. Whilst we take on the heavy lifting for our clients, we ensure that we have as much fun as possible while we do it. We are extremely focused on the vision and ensure that our daily actions align with the bigger picture.

The Role
As an HR Consultant, you will be tasked with the following;
HR Consulting and Employee Management
- Serve as HR advisor to assigned client accounts, managing employee matters end-to-end.
- Administer leave calendars and ensure compliance with leave policies.
- Liaise with internal accounts team to ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Develop and implement creative initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing advice and conflict-resolution support. Support recruitment for new roles and replacements as clients’ needs evolve.
Strategic HR Systems
- Review client HR processes and recommend improvements that align with business objectives.
- Support the design of HR policies and systems tailored to client industries.
- Ensure alignment between HR systems, culture, and broader business strategy. Deliver practical HR solutions that go beyond compliance and enable long-term impact.
Recruitment
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for clients: sourcing CVs, screening candidates, conducting assessments and interviews.
- Provide clients with frequent reports and updates on recruitment progress.
- Present shortlisted candidates and support clients in making final hiring decisions.
- Draft and issue offers, negotiating terms with candidates on behalf of clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles. Manage candidate experience to protect and enhance the client’s employer brand.
Who You Are
- You have at least 6 years’ experience in HR consulting, HR business partnering, or in-house HR management with strong recruitment expertise.
- You thrive in environments where structure meets challenge you are not thrown off balance by complexity.

- You are resourceful, solutions-focused, and able to adapt HR best practices to fit unique business contexts.
- You are a strong communicator with presence, able to influence and advise at all levels. You are passionate about people and culture, and you believe HR should drive performance, not just processes.
