Salary: 90,000 - 110,000

Konga Online, a leading Ecommerce company, seeks highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our team in Lagos.
Job Summary:
We're looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to sell our products/services to customers in Ikoyi and Surulere area. As a Direct Sales Agent, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage sales pipeline and report daily/weekly sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve regional sales goals
Requirements:
- 1-2 years sales experience (direct sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field
