Remote Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

About the Role:

USD 300 monthly basic payment.

We are a highly skilled team of developers actively seeking remote opportunities in the US.

Recently, we’ve been receiving an increasing number of interview requests daily, and it’s becoming challenging for our team to manage them all. That’s why we are looking for presentable, well-spoken developers to help us participate in technical interviews on our behalf.

This is a remote role, and you’ll handle 3–5 introduction interviews and 1-2 technical interviews per day, representing our team.

No coding tasks or personal data sharing are required—we will provide full technical support and guidance during the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend 3–5 introduction interviews & 1-2 technical interviews daily (schedule provided in advance).

• Join daily stand-ups with our team after securing offer.

• Represent as a software engineer confidently in client interviews.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Handsome and presentable appearance; confident on video calls.

• Fluent English with a neutral or minimal accent.

• Full-stack development background preferred.

• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) is a strong plus.

• C#/.NET backend experience is highly preferred, but other stacks are also welcome.
  

Working Hours:

• 100% remote.

• Must be available during US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
  

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer two flexible compensation models based on your preferred level of involvement and responsibility. Your income will scale with your performance and the number of offers you secure and manage.

• USD 300 monthly basic payment till the time of your successful offer.
  

• You may manage multiple offers simultaneously based on your capacity and performance.
• Higher responsibility (Option 2) provides greater income potential.
• Flexible working structure based on your skills, goals, and management preference.

• Full training and technical backup provided—you won’t need to worry about deep technical knowledge during calls.
