Role Description
This is a remote volunteer role for a Human Resources Specialist at Carifika Inc. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR operations on a day-to-day basis.
We are also looking to fill the roles of the following
- Assistant Director of HR
- HR Manager Co-Chairs
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
