Job Position: Human Resource / Admin Manager
Job Location: Ikenne, Ogun

Responsibilties
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and manage employee grievances.
- Promote effective communication between management and staff.
Performance Management:
- Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Work with line managers to set KPIs and support employee development.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
- Support employee career growth and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer payroll, salary reviews, and employee benefits.
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Workforce Planning:
- Analyze and forecast staffing needs.
- Plan strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Health, Safety & Welfare:
- Ensure a safe and conducive working environment.
- Implement employee wellness programs.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Prepare HR reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 5 years of experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N220,000 monthly.
