Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Accountant located in Ibadan. The Inventory Accountant will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate financial records, handling journal entries, and analyzing inventory costs. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory transactions, reconciling discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and collaborating with various departments to optimize inventory control.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Management and Analytical Skills
• Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and Accounting principles
• Strong background in Finance and financial analysis
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as ACA or ACCA is a plus
Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred
