Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly
- Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced fairly
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture projects
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ HR experience preferred (internship experience will be considered)
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
