We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team in achieving revenue targets, driving property sales, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring extensive real estate sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the property.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals and expand the customer base.
- Lead and manage the entire sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the sales pipeline – from lead generation to deal closure – ensuring consistent conversion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that drive inquiries and footfall.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Drive CRM adoption and ensure proper lead tracking and customer data management.
- Conduct training and mentoring programs to upskill the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of real estate products, regulatory processes, and buyer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms.
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing network within the real estate ecosystem (brokers, HNIs, investors).
- Experience in selling luxury residential or commercial real estate.
- Exposure to both primary and secondary sales markets.
