About the Role:
A reputable secondary school in Ipaja, Lagos is seeking a compassionate and experienced Guidance Counsellor to support students’ academic, personal, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a positive and inclusive school environment.
Requirements:
B.Ed./B.Sc. in Guidance and Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a school counsellor or in a similar educational support role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion.
Familiarity with adolescent development and school counseling techniques.
Must reside in or be willing to commute to Ipaja, Lagos.
