Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development & Management
- Design, plan, and oversee the implementation of all programs and projects including, but not limited to, Liberty Prism, Thoughts to Pen, Free Market Project Tour, Liberty on Ink, and Free Market for Africa documentary.
- Ensure programs align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Develop program work plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and supervise project coordinators, program officers, and volunteers.
- Facilitate regular program team meetings to monitor progress, share feedback, and troubleshoot challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
3. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Develop and implement frameworks for tracking program performance and impact.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements based on findings and emerging best practices.
4. Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, think tanks, advocacy groups, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and forums.
- Maintain effective communication with donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
5. Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to prepare grant proposals and concept notes.
- Identify funding opportunities for program expansion and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting guidelines.
6. Communications & Outreach
- Work with the communications team to promote program activities through media and online platforms. Assist in crafting compelling stories and content that highlight program success and impact.

- Strong knowledge of liberty, free-market principles, and policy advocacy.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
