Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Fundraising Manager at AfriPay. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, managing relationships with major investors and donors, coordinating funding initiatives, and collaborating with financial institutions and philanthropic organizations. This role involves developing communication strategies, preparing investment proposals and grant applications, and ensuring the organization's fundraising and financial growth goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience with major investors, donors, and funding programs
- Proficiency in communication and financial philanthropy
- Knowledge of financial institutions, fintech trends, and fundraising best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the fintech or nonprofit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
