The Site Builder will be responsible for supervising and driving construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are executed in line with architectural and structural

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure accurate execution
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Supervise tradesmen, artisans, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Conduct routine site inspections and resolve technical or execution-related issues
- Monitor material usage and report discrepancies or wastage
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site Maintain accurate daily site reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field
- Must be a Registered Builder (CORBON-certified) in Nigeria
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on site experience, particularly on multi-story building projects
- Deep understanding of structural construction processes and sequencing
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Ability to manage teams, timelines, and evolving site demands
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently without micromanagement Comfortable with digital reporting tools and construction documentation
