Renumeration
- Salary: N65,000 + Performance Bonus
- Salary review after 4 months, based on performance and KPIs
Performance Bonus:
- 10% of the commission paid on each sales recruit who meets or exceeds targets (one-time).
- 3.5% recurring commission on sales from referral companies secured through HR-driven outreach.
Nature of work
- Fully remote
- Location: Nigeria (Remote) Preferably resides in Lagos
- Physical meetings or assignments on reasonable notice.
- 8:45am - 6pm | Break : 12:00pm - 12:30pm | Monday - Friday
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write articles & DIYs that helps the team
- Experience in recruiting & onboarding top performing sales team
- Strong management abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
