Job Summary:
A motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in the logistics and e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, onboarding merchants, promoting our delivery and logistics solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients including importers, traders, retailers, SMEs and online vendors.
Promote the company’s delivery and e-commerce logistics from China to Nigeria and product sourcing services to potential customers.
Onboard new businesses onto the platform, ensuring smooth registration and onboarding.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and door-to-door engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
Gather feedback from clients and relay to the internal team to improve services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using company tools or CRM.
Represent the brand positively in the marketplace and during marketing activations or community events.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
2–3 years experience in field sales, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or trading.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching people and closing sales.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with local geography and business terrain is an advantage.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and logistics operations.

Renumeration:
Base Salary: N110,000 per month (probational)
Commission: 5% on sales
Incentives: Performance bonuses, transport allowance, and other rewards.
