Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Director, based in Umuahia with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Director will oversee the day-to-day management of field operations, coordinate with campaign staff and volunteers, develop and implement field strategies, and ensure effective voter outreach and engagement. Responsibilities also include organizing events, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and providing detailed reports on campaign activities.

Qualifications

• Field Operations, Voter Outreach and Engagement skills
• Experience in developing and implementing field strategies
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• Budget management and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in political campaigns or consulting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, or a related field
