We're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist A++ ((Contract, Remote)), with a strong background in performance marketing for direct response e-commerce, and a proven ability to generate consistent winning ads across Meta and TikTok. This is a high-level, execution-focused role within our agency. You’ll work closely with our internal team to lead creative strategy across multiple client brands—taking ownership of concept development, scriptwriting, creative briefing, and iterative improvement based on performance data.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead structured ideation sessions and deliver multiple distinct campaign concepts.
- Write video scripts for short and long formats (15s, 30s, 60s), UGC prompts, and narrative-driven spot scripts
- Produce ad copy packs: hooks, captions, headlines, primary text, and CTA variations.
- Build concise, actionable creative briefs that designers/video editors/UGC creators can execute from.
- Translate performance metrics into creative actions: identify winners, suggest creative iterations, and recommend scaling strategies (ROAS, conversion lift, retention signals).
- Design simple A/B test plans for creative (hypothesis, variants, success metric, sample size estimate).
- Run post-campaign analysis and present learnings with clear next steps (what to repeat, what to kill).
- Collaborate with media buyers, designers, copywriters, and UGC creators to align on intent and execution. Maintain and evolve a library of hooks, scripts, and creative templates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Creative Strategist.
- Proven ideation record: portfolio with multiple concepts that were executed.
- Strong direct response copywriting skills — capable of writing persuasive, conversion-driven copy across multiple formats.
- Strong scriptwriting ability for short-form ads and longer storytelling spots.
- Ability to produce quick, usable outputs under tight deadlines.
- Clear, concise communicator who writes briefs people want to follow.
- Proven experience writing high-performing social ad copy.
- Strong grasp of paid media and platform-specific best practices. Ability to match tone and style to different brand voices.
