Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lubricant Sales Manager. The Lubricant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, identifying and acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily tasks include market research, driving sales for both industrial and retail customers, contract negotiation, and providing customer support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven Lubricant Sales experience, particularly in the lubricant B2B and Retail market
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach Bachelor's degree in a related field
