Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of immersive brand experiences that engage our target audience and elevate brand perception. This role will be responsible for planning and managing on-ground activations, events, and campaigns that create lasting impressions to our clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering memorable brand interactions through innovative activations, events, and live experiences.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute experiential marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Lead the planning and implementation of brand activations, pop-up events, product sampling, roadshows, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., brand, digital, product) and external vendors/agencies to bring campaigns to life.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, contracts, permits, logistics, and staffing for events.
- Oversee event production, setup, on-site management, and breakdown.
- Ensure cohesive brand storytelling and customer engagement at every touchpoint.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs, feedback, and data reporting.
- Research trends in experiential marketing and continually propose new, bold ideas. Foster relationships with media, influencers, and partners to amplify event reach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in experiential or event marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
