Introduction: Our client is an Indigenous Nigerian company providing Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) and integrated logistics services to the Oil and Gas industry.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all visitors are logged, inform and confirm the department or the Executive of the
guest's presence before granting access.
* Handle the processing of requests and procurement of office items and assets, ensuring
timely and cost-effective procurement processes.
* Promote and enforce HSE standards in all office areas, including reception and common
spaces.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A legal background or experience liaising with legal/regulatory bodies is expected.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools – Slack, ClickUp, Zoho etc. and digital collaboration platforms
- Experience in the energy, oil and gas, or engineering sector is a plus
