Job Title: Sales Associate (Tele Sales)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: N120,000 - N150,000
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate (Tele Sales) to join our team in Ikeja. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage in prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals, all while representing the company’s values and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Ikeja.
